The focus of our research was the similarities between the 80s and the present. Needless to say though, the 80s proved to have some distinct styles.
This was possibly the most 80s photo we found. Between the clothes, the pose, the hair, this could have only happened in the 80s.

Unfortunately, most of the pictures we had access to were black and white. However this shows us some glorious blue eye shadow. Nearly all of the other pictures of ladies in formal dresses were not in color, so we could not determine much about makeup trends. Clearly though, blue eye shadow make a mark.
Dance Wear
In the decade famous for leg warmers, Montevallo’s Orchesis Dance team had fun both with their outfits and their yearbook photos.
